We want to make you aware of a widespread email spoofing issue we’ve seen this week, where fraudulent senders are using email addresses that closely imitate ours in an attempt to obtain ACH and banking information from our valued customers.

Please note that TVI Imports is not associated with “tviimports.org.” Our official email domain is: tviimports.com

These fraudulent emails may:

- Claim that TVI Imports has merged with another company
- Ask you to update our banking or ACH information
- Request payment to a new account
- Offer a discount for paying an outstanding balance immediately

None of these claims are legitimate. TVI Imports has not undergone a merger and we are not requesting that customers update payment information in this manner.

Please do not reply to these emails, call any phone number listed in them, update banking information, or send funds based on these requests.

If you receive anything that appears unusual or requests a change to payment or banking details, please contact your normal TVI Imports representative using the contact information you already have on file so we can verify it directly.
